Jim Brennan

Jim offers a unique blend of business experience and local knowledge. As a resident homeowner of 5 different homes in Castle Pines over the course of 35 years, Jim has been a keen observer of the unique patterns and profiles of the real estate market in the Castle Rock area. Daughter, Cait, and Wife, Laurie have been the educators and influencers that inspired Jim to engage and participate as another trusted Brennan in the Castle Pines market. Prior to joining the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team, Jim was a business owner, investor, and executive in the Electronic and Medical Device technology sectors. To steal a sports analogy, he describes his work life experiences as being “a walk-on” in a multitude of different sports but his key to success has always been based on understanding his customer and driving towards a positive outcome. Jim has served as a member of the Executive Team for various companies in Hardware, Software, Training, Education, and Project Management where his efforts resulted in multi-million dollar revenue contracts with companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, WL Gore, Seagate, Oracle, Qualcomm, and H-P. Outside of work life, Jim (or JB) has been a board member and past president of the Country Club at Castle Pines and enjoys the privilege of being a Founding member of the Dead Presidents Society and The Back Tee Boys. A newly formed Pickle Ball group name is still a secret but will be launched shortly. JB (not Grandpa) and his family still enjoy trips to Scottsdale, Cabo, Italy, Ireland, and the occasional trip back East to roots in State College, PA, or Stone Harbor, NJ.
